We recently purchased a house with the very competent and professional assistance of Sharon. We were relocating from the South for employment reasons and we were under pressure to find and close on a suitable house within time deadlines. All went well, however, due to the effective representation and real estate skills of Sharon. She showed us a large number of houses within the limited time period, and once we found one, she vigorously represented our interests as buyers. A credentialed lawyer, and experienced realtor, she protected our interests with tenacity and creativity. Sharon accurately gauged the market, helping us greatly in the price negotiating process. She pressed for repairs on the house to be made by the sellers. When a price was agreed upon, she arranged for a thorough inspection of the house and followed through to make sure the seller made additional repairs. She gave us information on the commute from the house to the new job (even driving it with us) and provided extensive information about the neighborhood and city. We should mention we were out of state while Sharon was doing all this work for us. Clearly, she went beyond the call of duty to make sure the deal was consummated to our satisfaction.
